I decided to play with I Write Like again, and here are the results:
  1. Agatha Christie: Some Sort of Closure; Gifts; The Pranks of Destiny; c'mon baby, let's get out of the cold; A Penny for Your Thought; o prolong now the sorrow; Carpe Diem; Past, Present, ... and Future; Devil Bats vs Quarantine.
  2. Anne Rice: Painted Days; Of Love and Haunting; sweet revelation bitter wine; In Time; Lost Times; Alone in Brilliant Circles; The Red Shoes Dance On; The Breaking of the Spell; to have been a girl with you; life is like a maze.
  3. J. K. Rowling: The Weight of Dreams.
  4. Charles Dickens: Orphans.
  5. David Foster Wallace (I've never read him!): The Shin Problem.
  6. Stephen King: One Stormy Night; A Ten Ton Catastrophe on a Sixty Pound Chain; Home Sweet Home.
I found it amusing that I write a lot like Agatha Christie, since most of her works I actually read in translation. With AR I'm not surprised; her books were formative for me.
