These are merely suggestions. If none of the prompts I give speak to you, please feel free to mix and match, or even to go your own way, as long as you heed the DNWs. Length of prompts doesn't indicate I want one thing more than another, just that for some fandoms I have ideas, for others I'd be happy with anything. For Seasonal and No Theme, I don't really have any specific likes/dislikes.

*I'm going with TV Tropes's distinction that dark fantasy focuses more on the adventure aspect while the horror part takes a back seat.
For writing styles, please no first person POV or all lowercase writing.
Dub-con is extremely fine! I'm fine with all levels of explicitness as well. I have a soft spot for pre-canon stories that explore characterisation and relationship, but don't feel like you have to stick to pre-canon setting!
Spooky likes: supernatural, ghosts, urban legends/folk legends, folk horror, possession, religious horror (any religion), abandoned/haunted buildings, folie à deux, psychological horror, gothic horror, cursed objects, paranormal investigation, not realising something is wrong until it's too late, sentient objects, eldritch location, malevolent architecture, artifact of doom, creeping sense of dread, visiting a (maybe human, maybe not) fortuneteller and given an unsettling/creepily accurate/doomed reading, mirror dimension.

Pairings: Evelyn Stoker & India Stoker, Evelyn Stoker/India Stoker.
I'd love to see how the family spend their Halloween. Did Evelyn throw fancy parties with elaborate costumes? Did India refuse to go trick-or-treating as a child? If you go the femslash route, awkward/creepy feeling realisation when seeing the other in a surprise/unexpected costume?
A canon divergence where India takes Evelyn with her at the end of the movie would be interesting. Or maybe a few years down the road, where Evelyn's slowly moved on only to find India on her doorsteps? Or a Grey Gardens fusion, where India locks themselves off in the house (the folie à deux would be especially interesting here)? Can be gen, can be pre-femslash, can be femslash.

For Dan/Adrian or Dan & Adrian: stumbling into supernatural stuff while investigating something during their vigilante days? Or maybe Archie gets possessed by a malevolent entity/ghost? Maybe they come across a cursed object while dealing with a smuggling case? Anyway, I'd love to see Dan being all skeptical while Adrian, who's seen some strange things during his travels, taking things reasonably seriously.
For Laurie/Janey: celebrating Halloween together? How does Laurie feel about Halloween? Or maybe the story of how they get together? How would the canon change if Laurie left Jon for Janey? Would they become the victims of the nuclear blast? Or do they still get caught in Adrian's plot?
Or an AU where it's Janey who becomes Dr Manhattan, and subsequently catches Laurie's eyes in the meeting?

Notes: Given the canon, permanent character death and body horror are fine for this fandom.

I'd love to see them coming across a non-Christian entity. How do they deal? Or maybe around Halloween they get more requests for help, but the overwhelming majority is just the result of people being too excitable XD
